Delete your Tabby account

In the app

1. Open Tabby and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email tabbymeds@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Tabby account. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address, display name and profile photo.
• Your notification tokens, so your devices stop getting notifications.
• If you are the only member of your household: the household and everything in it, including all cats, photos, documents and care logs.

If other people are still in your household, the household and its cats stay in place so they keep their care history. Records you added there may remain but are no longer linked to you.

What we keep

Purchase records for Tabby Plus are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as their own rules and the law require. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account; deleting your Tabby account doesn't cancel it.
